These terms govern your use of LocalCalSync, a macOS app published by Clouds Agency ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using LocalCalSync, you agree to these terms.
License
Subject to payment of the applicable price, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LocalCalSync on Macs you own or control, for as long as these terms are in effect. This is a one-time purchase: your license covers the current major version, its bug fixes, and minor updates. It does not automatically include a future paid major upgrade if we offer one.
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer beyond what applicable law permits, or redistribute LocalCalSync as your own product.
What the app does
LocalCalSync copies events from a source calendar to a destination calendar, both already configured in Apple Calendar on your Mac, using macOS's local Calendar permission. It does not authenticate with Google, Microsoft, Exchange, or any other service on your behalf.
You are responsible for confirming, using Preview, that a sync will do what you expect before clicking Copy Events Now, especially before turning on Keep Syncing, which repeats automatically.
No warranty
LocalCalSync is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that syncing will be error-free, that it will never create a duplicate or miss an edge case, or that it is compatible with every calendar provider or macOS version.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of LocalCalSync will not exceed the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, missed events, or lost business, arising from use of the app.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled per our payment provider's standard policy, or within 14 days of purchase if you contact us directly and the license has not already been transferred or misused.
Termination
We may terminate your license if you materially breach these terms (for example, by redistributing the app or circumventing the license mechanism). You may stop using the app and delete it at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the Changelog and the "Last updated" date above.
